Private Consultation:
Our
Diabetes Teaching Nurse and Diabetes Dietitian are available for
one-on-one sessions with patients who need to work on specific diabetes
self-care skills. These sessions are available to patients who have gone
through the intensive courses described above and for patients who are
unable to attend those courses.
