Whether you've just been diagnosed with diabetes or have been living with it for many years, The Waltham Diabetes Center (WDC) offers a variety of support, knowledge and services to help put you in control and achieve a better quality of life.

We offer diabetes education and resources to enable you to become fully involved in your healthcare choices. Self-management techniques are presented by a multidisciplinary staff of dietitians, nurses, exercise therapists, psychologists and others, all under the supervision of medical diabetes specialists.

Providing research on pharmaceutical compounds and new medical devices since 1992, the WDC has a long history of excellence in patient care and diabetes research. In recent years, the WDC along with MassResearch has conducted internationally recognized research in Diabetes and Endocrinology. The disciplines of education and research have culminated in the establishment of the Waltham Diabetes Center.
